5 gallon Forever RV Coat 2.5: Professional High-Build Polymer
Forever RV Coat 2.5 is an elite High-Solids Silicone Polymer engineered for one-pass restoration. Designed to outperform standard retail coatings, this formula features our proprietary Forever Coat Primerless Technology, creating a molecular bond that eliminates the need for separate primers on most surfaces.
The "High-Build" Difference
This is not a thin, runny retail silicone. We have engineered this polymer to a 23,000 cP viscosity—surpassing industry standards for high-performance membranes.
Zero-Sag Engineering: The 23,000 cP thickness ensures the coating stays exactly where you roll it. It is specifically designed for high-build applications on vertical transitions, caps, and side-walls.
Rugged Textured Finish: Because this formula is significantly thicker than our original, it does not "level out" like glass. It cures into a heavy-duty, professional-grade protective shield.
One-Coat Efficiency: Apply it heavy enough in a single pass to reach the required mil-thickness, cutting your labor time in half.
Temperature-Adjusted Performance
Rapid-Tape Release: Our unique chemistry allows for the fastest tape pull in the industry.
Hot Climates: Pull masking tape within 2 minutes.
Cold/Mild Climates: Pull masking tape within 3–5 minutes.
Extreme Installation Window: Rated for application from -2°F to +200°F.
30-Minute Rain Guard: Becomes rain-safe in as little as 30 minutes.
Permanent Elasticity: Moves with your RV to prevent cracking or delamination for the life of the roof.

The "RV Roof Man" Field Guide
Because Forever RV Coat 2.5 is a high-density 23,000 cP polymer, it handles differently than the "runny" coatings you might be used to.
Application Tip: Use a 3/4" nap heavy-duty roller. The thicker nap holds the weight of the polymer better and allows you to lay down that massive one-pass thickness without the tool "skipping" over the roof surface.
The Tape Pull: In high-heat areas (like Arizona or Southern California), you can pull your tape in as little as 2 minutes. In cooler climates, wait about 3 to 5 minutes. Do not leave masking tape on for hours, as the rapid-cure chemistry will bond to it.
Surface Prep: This formula is Self-Priming on most EPDM, TPO, and metal roofs. Simply ensure the roof is clean and bone-dry. The high viscosity allows the polymer to "bite" and hold for a permanent bond.
